Father-of-two Lukas Grzesik is our Head Chef. He is a talented chef with many years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

Prior to his role with us, Lukas worked in Sweden as Head Chef for a large restaurant, Twin City, in Jonkoping, with seating for 300 people and he also worked at Hotel Fjallet in Bjorkliden, which is located on the arctic circle.

His day-to-day role here involves managing our kitchen team, the development of the restaurant concept overall and creating new fine dining dishes to add to the menu.
